Step 1: Please go to Appearance > Menus



Step 2: Near the top right corner you'll find a button called "Screen Options" - click on it:




Step 3: In the area that's opened, make sure "CSS Classes" is checked:





Step 4: Edit your home menu item: In the field called CSS Classes (optional) enter home



Step 5: Click "Save Мenu"
