On a single blog post view you'll notice a Related Stories section. This option shows more posts from the same category when viewing a single post. If you need to disable the section or edit the title, please locate in the horizontal admin menu the Customize link, next click General > Posts, while you're on the page with Related stories.
Don't forget to click on Save and publish button to save your changes.
