You can edit/replicate the Treatments submenu structure using the Mega Menu settings, as shown on the screenshots below:
1. Navigate to Appearance > Menus > Main Menu > mouse hover the Treatments menu > click the Mega Menu blue button:
2. You can edit the columns' width and number, the widgets' type and content, etc.

3. You can change the template in the VamTam Builder Layout widget:
4. Navigate to VamTam Builder > Saved Rows > Menu Banner > click the Vamtam Builder link to edit the template:
