The Contacts page of Byra theme has an animated title and subtitle. If you'd like to customize the text, the font, its size and colour, follow the instructions below.
If you look closer, you'll notice that this text isn't the default page title area, but a Slider revolution. You can easily access it directly from the WordPress top menu bar:
Click on the layer you need to customize and find the style tab on the right-hand panel:
