As for the icon, text and button visible on hover, this is an Elementor template added to the Backpart of the Flip Box widget:
To begin, navigate to the Toolbar > Edit with Elementor > Service - 01 - Barber:
Or, go to Templates > Saved Templates > Service - 01 - Barber > Edit with Elementor. Control the layout, conditions, rules and styles of the template.
