Firstly, click "Edit with Elementor" and scroll to the section. "Meet our leaders" section is Posts widget https://elementor.com/help/posts-widget-pro/

To change each Team member featured image, name and position, click on the image or the name to open the single page:
Next, edit the page with Elementor:
Edit the image, name and position of each Team member in the page's settings:
You can also edit the Expertise and About sections with Elementor - be aware of editing the widgets visible in the Navigator, not the Single Page (read why below)
Important! Please note that editing the Team - Single Page template will affect the design and layout of all of the Meet the Leaders pages. The widgets of templates consist of dynamictags https://developers.elementor.com/docs/dynamic-tags/ , so they pull the individual content of each post/page.
